About HARMAN Forum
Building shared momentum
HARMAN Forum brings leaders and subject matter experts from across our businesses and functions together at an important moment for our company. Building on last year's inaugural Forum, this year's gathering continues strengthening the leadership community and the cultural foundations that support HARMAN's continued growth.
Over several days together, we'll have candid conversations, work through shared challenges, and take part in interactive, small-group sessions — exploring what it means to lead and work effectively in a rapidly changing, increasingly AI-enabled environment.
HARMAN Forum 2027 puts the emphasis on mindset, leadership behaviors, and cultural strength — the things that build trust and alignment across the organization. This second Forum carries that momentum forward, into the future we're building together.
